Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on Strata Report Summariser ("we", "us", "our").
1. Digital service and instant delivery
Our service provides digital credits that can be redeemed to generate and download digital reports. Because credits may be available for use immediately, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis as set out below.
2. Refunds for unused credits
If you have purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are assessed case-by-case.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
3. Used credits and generated reports
Once credits have been redeemed, or a report has been generated or delivered, we generally do not offer refunds for that portion of the purchase.
4. Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your credits or generating/downloading a report, please contact us and we will work with you to:
- resolve the issue; or
- where appropriate, restore credits or provide a reasonable remedy.
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your account email and, if available, the report/job ID.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay access to credits and reports.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
7. How to request a refund
Email us at support@stratareportsummariser.com.au with:
- the email used at checkout (or your account email)
- the purchase date and what you purchased
- the reason for the request
We aim to respond within 1 business day.
